Nano Hygiene Coatings Ltd is a UK company specialising in the development of easy-clean and antimicrobial coatings derived from nano chemical technology.

We were commisioned to re-design their website as their old version was begining to feel dated. We have moved them on to a CMS (Content Management System) and given them a system that will be able to be visually updated using templates but not affecting their content.

A problem that was encountered was that as they had an exisiting site which already had been crawled by search engines and this traffic needed to be picked up; We have put in place a system that will pick up their old URL’s and redirect them to the new content. This system after being put in place now means that they will never have a 404 (page does not exist) error given to their visitors.
